Resort Safety Team Member Plus

At Butlin's, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to take on any task. We’re currently seeking energetic individuals who are ready to contribute across both our Accommodation and Resort Safety departments. In this role, you will help create an outstanding guest experience by ensuring safety standards and delivering excellent customer service in a variety of areas throughout the resort.

Role Overview

As part of our Resort Safety SIA team, you’ll be expected to handle a mix of responsibilities that combine security procedures with customer service. Your main objective will be to ensure guests feel protected and enjoy their stay. The job involves a rotation across different departments and responding to accommodation issues during out-of-hours times.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Permanent position with variable shifts, including days (8am-8pm) and nights (8pm-8am).
• Monday and Friday nights focus on handling after-hours accommodation matters; the rest of the week will be dedicated to general Resort Safety duties.
• Compensation is paid every two weeks.
• Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 or those relocating.

Preferences and Certifications

• Holding an SIA Door Supervisor Badge is an advantage but not mandatory.
