About the Role

Farrell Privacy Tints is currently seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Window Tinting Specialist to join our expanding team based in Leinster, Ireland. This position involves applying various window films to residential and commercial properties nationwide, necessitating frequent travel. Our scope covers privacy, solar control, security, and frosted films, targeting projects ranging from upscale homes to large commercial developments where precision and top-quality finishes are paramount.

Job Responsibilities

As a specialist, you will primarily work independently, occasionally collaborating with a colleague on more extensive installations throughout Leinster and other parts of Ireland. A key focus will be maintaining high workmanship standards within a fast-moving workload.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate proven skills in installing window films on residential and commercial glass surfaces, including maneuvering large glass panels using reverse roll methods indoors and outdoors. The role demands comfort with working at heights and the capability to sustain quality amid a busy environment. Applicants must have fluent English, a full clean driving license, be aged 25 or older for vehicle insurance eligibility, and reside in Leinster.

Additional Qualifications

Though not mandatory, possession of Safe Pass certification or licenses for operating scissor lifts or cherry pickers is desirable; training for these credentials can be provided post-hire.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary negotiable based on experience and quality of work. Benefits include a new company van, company phone, fuel card, complete tools and equipment package, Monday to Friday schedule with potential occasional weekend and overnight work. Working Hours & Travel

Typical hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional early starts, late finishes, and overnight stays depending on project locations. Nationwide travel is a regular job requirement.
