About the Property

Shangri-La Jeddah is positioned on the new Jeddah Waterfront beside the Red Sea. The hotel is designed to showcase luxury, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, interiors inspired by the sea and nearby beaches, a dedicated Kids Club, supervised play areas, and dining concepts aimed at high-end guest expectations.

  • 203 rooms and suites, plus 17 luxury serviced apartments
  • 4 restaurants and lounges, including Shang Palace
  • Close to well-known Jeddah landmarks and Red Sea Mall
  • 116 privately owned Burj Assila Residences with access to The Wellness Club facilities

Role Overview

The Residence Guest Service Associate supports the front desk and resident experience by handling guest arrival and departure procedures, cashiering, foreign exchange, and day-to-day guest assistance. The role requires prompt, courteous support for questions, requests, and other resident needs.

Key Duties

  • Review supply levels and make sure the shift has enough stock to cover expected business for the day.
  • Prepare all required arrival materials in advance, such as registration forms, welcome folders, and related documents, so check-in runs smoothly.
  • Greet guests warmly as soon as they approach the desk.
  • Check the OPMS system for guest history and any special instructions before assisting the guest.
  • Support guests in filling out registration forms and verify that all key information has been entered correctly.
  • Direct residents and guests to the correct lifts and work closely with Concierge staff to ensure a smooth handover.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should already have at least one year of hotel experience, communicate and write confidently in English and Arabic, and bring a pleasant, cheerful, and welcoming personality. This opportunity is available only to Saudi nationals.

Additional Information

This role is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite position.
