Role Overview

As a Reservations Agent for the renowned NENI restaurant, you will be a key contributor to the guest experience, ensuring seamless booking management and courteous engagement from the initial contact through to the completed booking.

Work Schedule

• Work a 4-day week to enjoy an extended 3-day weekend, allowing greater flexibility in managing your free time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly, transferring calls where needed, and respond to email inquiries.
• Manage and process all reservations for the NENI restaurant efficiently.
• Support the reception team by performing various administrative duties.
• Manage and respond appropriately to TripAdvisor comments.
• Maintain composure and multitask effectively during high call volumes.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Professional experience in a related role with fluency in both English and German.
• Ability to engage and motivate colleagues and guests alike, with a solid knowledge of Berlin’s cultural scene to provide insightful recommendations.
