About the Hotel

Welcome Hotel Neckarsulm is located in the center of one of Germany’s most attractive wine regions and still offers excellent transport connections. The property features 162 contemporary guest rooms, 6 fully equipped event rooms, and 4 meeting rooms. Role Overview

In this position, you will help manage the reservation function, support revenue-related goals in rooms, and provide professional advice to an international guest base. The role combines system work, guest communication, sales support, and coordination of booking processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will maintain and control reservation systems and guest data, oversee all reservation activities, and help ensure optimal occupancy levels. The role also includes supporting room revenue targets, contributing to sales and yield strategies, advising guests, preparing offers, selling hotel rooms and additional services, and handling guest correspondence.

Requirements

The hotel is looking for someone with vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification, along with experience in this or a similar hospitality role. You should be confident using Opera and MS Office, work independently with care and efficiency, and enjoy sales and advising international guests. Strong personal responsibility, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team are also important. Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
