Excelerators Inc specializes in Outcome Architecture, a comprehensive methodology integrating client charging structures, employee incentives, work design, and deployment of human and digital resources towards a shared goal. Positioned uniquely among search firms, consultants, and technology providers, the company connects strategic goals, personnel, and operational systems. By leveraging structural design, operational insights, and hands-on support, Excelerators Inc enables clients to construct more efficient and resilient organizations. Their team collaborates extensively with senior leaders across various sectors to tackle complex challenges and deliver tangible results. The workplace emphasizes analytical rigor, speed, and practical outcomes.
Role Overview
We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities in this role, working across bi-coastal locations with no strict geographical constraints. The position focuses primarily on supporting our search practice. Ideal candidates bring experience in research, coordination, and/or chief of staff functions. Responsibilities include performing detailed and situational research on people, organizations, markets, and business models, synthesizing information into concise briefs, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
Additional duties involve orchestrating projects and managing communications with stakeholders, overseeing calendars and meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up actions, and ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met across various simultaneous initiatives. The role supports senior leadership by organizing critical information, tracking priorities, documenting key decisions, and upholding rigorous operational standards. Further tasks include generating executive-grade documents, maintaining knowledge bases, optimizing internal workflows, and serving as a primary liaison for both internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in research and analysis, capable of collecting data from multiple sources, deriving meaningful insights, and expressing clear final conclusions.
- Skilled communicator, both in writing and orally, with experience producing executive summaries, presentations, and structured formal documents.
- Strong project coordination abilities, adept at managing schedules, meetings, follow-up processes, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective stakeholder management skills combined with a professional demeanor, discretion, and a dedication to supporting senior leaders and clients.
- Proficiency with digital productivity tools, including office software suites, collaboration platforms, and task tracking systems; prior exposure to consulting or professional services is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining exceptional judgment and detail orientation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in applicable disciplines such as Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Communications, or possessing equivalent hands-on experience.
- Preferred experience includes previous roles in research, consulting, operations, chief of staff duties, or coordination work.
