Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Intern to join our Singapore team, located in our Tanjong Pagar office. This position offers intensive training in research methods, financial modeling, and market analysis related to semiconductors and AI accelerators. Interns may also attend local industry events to broaden their understanding of the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire fundamental skills in financial analysis and modeling through structured learning and practical application.
• Support research activities including data gathering, market trend evaluation, and industry monitoring.
• Organize and track key information from financial reports, press releases, and industry documents.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and research deliverables for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in team discussions and client interactions to observe professional research processes.
• Manage assigned research projects to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Engage in ongoing feedback and developmental sessions to foster professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic grasp of financial principles and keen to develop modeling proficiency.
• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and quantitative aptitude.
• Effective research skills capable of synthesizing data from diverse sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python or data analysis tools is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven learner able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and commitment to transparency in work.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are welcomed.
• Previous internship experience in finance, technology, or research fields is desirable but not mandatory.
