Role Overview

The organization is looking for a driven Research Intern to support the Singapore research team. The role involves learning practical research methods and industry analysis while gaining exposure to financial modeling and market research. Responsibilities

• Receive practical training in basic financial analysis and modeling, then apply those concepts through guided exercises.
• Support research activities such as collecting data, analyzing markets, and monitoring industry trends.
• Organize and follow updates from earnings calls, press releases, and sector publications.
• Help prepare presentations, written reports, and other research deliverables.
• Join team meetings and client discussions to observe professional research workflows.
• Complete assigned work that contributes to active research projects while strengthening analytical capability.
• Take part in feedback discussions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and a willingness to learn financial modeling.
• Strong academic results with clear analytical and quantitative ability.
• Ability to research effectively and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Comfortable using Excel and open to learning additional software tools; exposure to Python, financial modeling, or data analysis is an advantage but not essential.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
• Self-directed learner who can follow instructions and collaborate well in a fast-moving environment.
• High standards of integrity and transparency.
• English fluency is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Prior internship experience in finance, technology, or research is helpful but not mandatory.
