About the Role

Amidst ongoing expansion, the firm seeks a Research Executive to join its highly collaborative team based in Central London, embracing a hybrid work model.

Role Overview

The Research Executive will contribute to a diverse variety of healthcare research projects from inception through conclusion, including proposal development, project coordination, data analysis, and presentation of insights. This role is methodology-agnostic, offering valuable experience across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research approaches, allowing for comprehensive skill development in healthcare market research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering healthcare market research initiatives
  • Support the preparation of research tools such as questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Coordinate fieldwork activities and communicate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze collected data and extract key findings
  • Create compelling reports and presentation materials
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic recommendations
  • Engage in projects spanning various therapeutic areas and methodologies

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses approximately 6–18 months of market research experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Exhibits a strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences sectors
  • Has familiarity with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method research techniques
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills
  • Displays excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Shows a proactive approach with a willingness to learn continuously
  • Confident working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment

Salary and Benefits
