Job description

About the Role

We seek experienced quantitative experts to contribute to training advanced AI models. This position involves working with cutting-edge AI systems on tasks such as assessing AI-generated quantitative analyses, addressing technical challenges, and providing insightful feedback that influences how AI systems understand data, mathematical models, and scientific questions. Candidates from diverse quantitative disciplines—ranging from data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, to operations research—are encouraged to apply. The role can either complement an existing full-time job or serve as the primary professional focus.

How to Begin

After creating an account, candidates will complete a brief assessment, functioning as the selection interview. Successful candidates receive confirmation and access to paid assignments through our platform.

  • Remote work from personal computers at your convenience
  • Competitive hourly compensation starting from $50 up to $100 or more, with additional bonuses on select projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Critically evaluate AI-generated quantitative outputs including statistical analyses, predictive models, scientific assessments, and data insights for accuracy and practical relevance
  • Develop and resolve quantitative tasks that train and benchmark AI systems, covering areas such as forecasting, experimental designs, optimization techniques, and statistical inference methods
  • Compose detailed technical explanations and produce well-structured, documented analytical code
  • Deliver constructive feedback that directly informs development of next-generation AI models specialized in quantitative reasoning

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quantitative roles or research settings within domains like data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or related fields
  • Proficiency with coding and authorship or review of analytical software code
  • Hands-on expertise in statistical methodologies, predictive modeling, and experimental design (including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting)
  • Fluency in English with strong written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are advantageous
  • Additional credentials or recognitions, including Kaggle competition rankings or cloud machine learning certifications, are desirable

Additional Information

This independent contractor position is only open to applicants residing in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
