Role Overview
The position involves managing chemical reactions and synthesizing compounds with a strong emphasis on organic chemistry techniques. The candidate will actively conduct literature searches to support research and development projects and employ thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) to monitor and analyze chemical reactions. Effective collaboration and coordination with team members is essential to ensure project progression and successful outcomes.
