Role Overview
The Research Analyst will be entrusted with overseeing internal research projects and delivering comprehensive, high-quality reports. This position entails balancing multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with various internal departments to ensure successful outcomes, and creating data-driven reports that provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in client discussions to comprehend project goals thoroughly and ensure research outputs align with these objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, partnering with operations teams to enforce quality checks, validation procedures, and adhere to timelines.
- Perform statistical data analysis and design reporting frameworks to clearly articulate research conclusions.
- Prepare concise, insightful research reports that translate complex data into practical recommendations tailored to client expectations.
- Track project developments, verify data accuracy, and ensure each phase of the research process—including pre-testing, fieldwork, and follow-up analysis—meets established quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Sociology, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Proficient with research and data analysis software including SPSS, Excel, and Tableau; well-versed in market research techniques.
- Being bilingual in English and French is considered advantageous.

- Deep understanding of AI applications, including the capability to simplify, incorporate, and leverage AI tools enhancing performance and strategic choices.
