Key Responsibilities

• Manage and define requirements to guide product development.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams.
• Provide regular reports on status and progress of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience related to the job.
• Bring over three years of professional experience in related roles.
• Experience in leading or contributing to agile development teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira and application design fundamentals.
• Background in healthcare is advantageous.
• Knowledge of web and desktop application development.
• Fluency in English and German at C1–C2 level.
