Key Responsibilities
- Manage and define requirements to guide product development.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product management and development teams.
- Provide regular reports on status and progress of projects.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience related to the job.
- Bring over three years of professional experience in related roles.
- Experience in leading or contributing to agile development teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear requirements.
- Proficiency with Jira and application design fundamentals.
- Background in healthcare is advantageous.
- Knowledge of web and desktop application development.
- Fluency in English and German at C1–C2 level.
