Role Overview

The Grocery Clerk's role involves professionally managing all tasks associated with grocery replenishment to ensure timely and accurate service. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting customer loyalty, and fostering employee and customer engagement in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, and other related programs diligently.
• Order, receive, and display stock adhering to company inventory control methods as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customer requirements.
• Promote featured products actively to increase store sales.
• Maintain the back shop and retail floor areas clean and orderly following company standards.
• Prepare customer orders when necessary.
• Manage department shrink processes as needed.
• Assist in training less experienced team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Capable of working independently within a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Physically able to lift weights up to 20 pounds, stand for extended durations, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
