About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Rental Sales Agents at our Osborne Park location in Western Australia. This permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) offers comprehensive training to support your success and development within our friendly and supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Identify customers' car rental needs through attentive and active listening.
- Explain Avis Budget Group's range of add-ons and services to help customers select suitable options.
- Communicate rental policies and procedures clearly and professionally.
- Process rental bookings accurately, efficiently, and promptly.
- Provide prompt responses to customer queries and concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid full driver’s license is mandatory.
- Availability to work full time on a rotating roster schedule.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia; this role is not open to Student Visa or Working Holiday Visa holders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Previous employment experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar sectors; sales experience is highly desirable.
- Capability to follow established procedures and comply with company policies and standards.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple computer systems for accurate rental transaction entry.
