Role Description

Whitewill Real Estate is currently seeking experienced and driven Rental Real Estate Brokers to join its elite team in Dubai. This role provides a distinctive chance to flourish within a supportive, dynamic workplace while progressing within an internationally recognized organization.

Key Duties

• Efficiently process a substantial volume of rental inquiries with professionalism.
• Accurately grasp client needs and promptly identify rental properties that match their budget, location, and lifestyle preferences.
• Coordinate and lead property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and manage the entire rental transaction from inquiry through contract finalization.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, upholding exemplary customer service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven real estate experience, preferably with rental expertise in Dubai’s market.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai’s rental market, key communities, property types, and emerging trends.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft 360 applications and knowledgeable in modern CRM platforms.
• Confident, proactive, and highly responsive with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Adept at handling multiple clients and transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
