Role overview
Voyages Tourism Australia is hiring a Rental Bonds Officer for Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, Northern Territory. This is an on-site opportunity where you live and work at the resort, about a 20-minute drive from Uluru. The position sits within the Housing Services team and focuses on supporting accurate finance, tenancy, and accommodation records.
What you'll do
- Welcome tenants and visitors at the front desk and deliver helpful customer support.
- Handle tenancy paperwork, room transfers, and general accommodation administration.
- Answer tenant questions and work through issues promptly and professionally.
- Complete property and bond inspections, while keeping detailed records and reports.
- Work with Finance, Payroll, and other teams to keep billing and tenancy information correct.
- Flag and escalate maintenance, cleanliness, and other property concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, including handling complaints and difficult conversations in a calm, respectful way.
- Keep the work area safe, tidy, and well organised according to company standards.
