About Bizvisor
Bizvisor is a UAE-based consultancy specializing in assisting entrepreneurs, startups, and international firms with establishing and expanding their operations in the UAE. The company provides comprehensive services including company formation in free zones and mainland areas, PRO and document clearance, licensing and renewals, banking support, and corporate structuring and compliance. Leveraging extensive knowledge of UAE regulations and strong connections with free zones and government agencies, Bizvisor delivers customized and transparent solutions that support clients' growth strategies. Their goal is to simplify business setup and growth in the Middle East, enabling clients to operate sustainably in the region.
Role Overview
The Renewals Secretary position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The key responsibility is to manage and oversee business license renewals and compliance-related tasks for Bizvisor's clientele. Daily duties encompass monitoring renewal deadlines, preparing and submitting required documentation, coordinating with free zone authorities and government bodies, and ensuring that all renewal activities are completed promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of two years' practical experience in new business incorporation and trade license renewals.
- Proficient with UAE free zone portals and their efficient navigation.
- Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy.
- Strong client communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Valid UAE residence visa (either self-sponsored or independently sponsored).
Additional qualifications include proven expertise in license renewals, PRO services, or business setup facilitation in the UAE, preferably within consultancy or corporate services firms. Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and licensing processes across free zones and mainland jurisdictions, along with familiarity with government portals related to renewals. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are essential to handle numerous simultaneous renewals and deadlines accurately.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic experience with CRM or workflow tools for maintaining detailed records and reports is required. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. The role demands the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dubai, remain adaptable to regulatory changes, and sustain professional client relationships. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
