Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote Wellness Coach and Customer Support Specialist who will provide personalized health guidance, develop fitness and nutrition plans, manage client progress, and deliver professional support through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Offer customized wellness advice and track client development
Handle client inquiries and support administrative operations
Work collaboratively to refine wellness programs using feedback and current industry knowledge
Keep up-to-date with health and wellness trends to improve coaching effectiveness
Advocate for our services and represent the brand positively

Qualifications and Skills

Degree or equivalent professional experience in exercise science, nutrition, or similar disciplines
Minimum two years of experience in wellness coaching or related positions; certifications are advantageous
Strong communication abilities, customer service aptitude, and skill in building client relationships
Ability to effectively use online platforms and digital tools
Solid understanding of fitness and nutrition concepts; self-driven and flexible
