Key Responsibilities

• Precisely type and format multiple documents such as reports, technical specs, and internal communications.
• Convert audio recordings and handwritten notes into digital text accurately.
• Enter large volumes of data into databases and systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Carefully proofread and correct documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
• Maintain, organize, and manage digital records systematically for easy access.
• Handle sensitive company and client data with strict confidentiality.
• Offer general administrative assistance to different departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in typing, data entry, or related administrative positions.
• Exceptional typing speed coupled with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent command of English with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
