Role Overview
The Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for finding and connecting with qualified professionals to support both immediate hiring needs and future recruitment plans. This role also helps strengthen the talent pipeline so the business can move quickly when openings arise.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Create and grow talent pools for current and future roles.
- Reach out to prospects and start initial engagement conversations.
- Keep recruitment records and candidate databases up to date.
- Assist with outreach efforts and hiring-related campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sourcing activity and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing is preferred.
