Role Overview
This contract role is centered on growing a premium wellness brand’s visibility and sales via TikTok Shop. You’ll take ownership of the brand’s TikTok presence, shape content that resonates with wellness-minded audiences, and use platform trends to increase engagement, community interaction, and commerce performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run TikTok content plans designed for premium wellness product audiences.
- Handle the day-to-day running of the TikTok account, including publishing, scheduling, and replying to audience comments.
- Configure and improve TikTok Shop to create smooth product listings and checkout journeys.
- Produce, edit, and post short-form videos that fit current TikTok trends.
- Review performance data to measure engagement, follower growth, and sales, then refine the approach accordingly.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to keep content aligned with wider marketing activity.
- Seek out and connect with influencers or brand supporters who can help expand reach.
Experience and Skills Needed
- Hands-on background managing TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop for consumer-facing brands, preferably in wellness, beauty, or food.
- Solid grasp of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and effective practices for content creation and audience interaction.
- Comfort using video editing software and creating content directly from mobile devices.
- Self-directed working style with the ability to juggle several priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Data-oriented mindset with experience reading TikTok analytics and reporting outputs.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving social media environment.
