Role Overview and Daily Responsibilities

• This position offers 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Treat patients with low to moderate acuity disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
• Care spans all age groups, including children (treated by board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists only), adults, and elderly patients.
• Sessions are structured as 60-minute initial intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• No duties include inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
• An internal referral network to therapists is available.
• Full operational support is provided, covering scheduling, billing, patient intake coordination, and licensing assistance.

Clinical Autonomy and Scheduling Flexibility

• Psychiatrists control their own working schedule and weekly availability.
• Session lengths adhere to clinical standards and may be adjusted within those guidelines.
• Patient caseloads are customized based on individual preferences and professional criteria.
• Clinicians operate without pressure to shorten appointments or increase patient volume.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual targeted earnings range from $325,000 to $375,000+, including base salary and monthly productivity incentives guaranteed during the first six months.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD or DO).
• Possess an active, unrestricted medical license; support available for obtaining multi-state licensing.
• Interested in outpatient psychiatry delivered fully via telehealth.
• Comfortable adopting streamlined clinical technologies.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
