Role Overview
Jukebox Health is hiring a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep daily operations running effectively across the leadership team, Growth function, and People team. This fully remote role sits at the core of the organization’s day-to-day coordination. You will work closely with the co-founders, assist the Growth team with logistics, and support the People team with candidate experience, events, and culture initiatives.
What You'll Handle
- Oversee detailed calendar management and inbox sorting for the co-founders, including arranging internal and external meetings, managing priorities, and communicating clearly on their behalf.
- Arrange travel for the Growth team, covering airfare, lodging, ground transport, and itinerary coordination.
- Assist the People team with interview scheduling, interview logistics, and the planning and execution of company events, offsites, team meetups, and culture activities.
- Take on varied administrative work across the business, such as research, vendor follow-up, and gift buying.
- Spot operational issues early and suggest practical improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, office operations, or office management.
- Proven background supporting senior leaders with calendar and email management.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities, with the confidence to handle several demands independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to work remotely with dependable availability during Eastern business hours.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- Experience using AI tools to make workflows more efficient.
Preferred Experience
- Background in a startup or other fast-moving growth environment.
- Exposure to travel booking and expense tools such as Ramp.
- Experience helping HR or People teams with interviews and event coordination.

Compensation
The annual base pay for this role is $60,000 to $65,000, with additional company equity.
