Role overview

This fully remote position is focused on keeping organizational data accurate while also supporting everyday administrative work. The ideal candidate is highly detail-focused, well organized, and comfortable balancing record management with general office coordination from a remote setting.

You will help maintain reliable information across internal tools, update records as needed, and contribute to smooth day-to-day workflows. Careful handling of data, consistent follow-through, and strong organization will be important to the success of this role.

Data entry and record management

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
  • Check records for completeness and correctness, then keep them current.
  • Arrange and manage digital files and datasets in a clear, structured way.
  • Spot inconsistencies or mistakes in records and help correct them.

Administrative support and coordination

  • Assist with recurring administrative activities and internal processes.
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and reporting files.
  • Support task coordination so work is completed on time.
  • Organize documents so they are easy to locate and use.

Communication and task tracking

  • Review incoming requests and direct them to the right person or team.
  • Share clear updates with teammates about data issues or status changes.
  • Monitor progress on tasks and follow up on items still pending.
  • Provide status updates on completed work and open work items.

Documentation and quality control

  • Keep data and documents formatted in a consistent standard.
  • Carry out regular checks to support data quality and accuracy.
  • Help document workflows and identify improvements to processes.
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries whenever needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail when handling information.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Good organization and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and structured procedures carefully.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently in a remote setup.
