Compensation

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Spot opportunities to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
• Work closely with internal teams to address client requirements.
• Handle escalated customer issues in a calm and professional manner.

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing relationship roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Confident written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several client accounts at the same time.
