Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively engage in cross-selling to meet and exceed company goals.
• Manage client interactions through a call center environment.

Employment Details and Compensation

• Base salary for full-time work is S/ 1130 with unlimited commission potential.
• Receive a family allowance of S/ 113 monthly.
• Nocturnal shift bonuses available.

Working Hours

• Full-time schedule consisting of 48 work hours weekly plus a 45-minute break.
• Shift timing: Afternoon shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one rotating day off.

Training Program

• Training is conducted remotely with on-the-job training also remote.
• The training duration spans 16 days plus 2 days for evaluation.
• A daily payment of S/ 15 is provided for the remote training period.
