Role overview

This position is for a customer service advisor who will work entirely from home, supporting customers in a fully virtual environment. The opportunity is open to candidates in Lima and other provinces.

Main functions

  • Handle customer inquiries related to a wireless service, providing guidance, answers, and similar support to ensure effective service management.

Candidate profile

  • At least 3 months of experience in call center sales or customer service.
  • Strong speaking ability, clear communication, and a customer-focused, courteous approach.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely.
  • Completed secondary education, or technical/university studies.

Working schedule

  • Shifts are available for you to choose.
  • Work runs Monday through Sunday with one rest day per week.
  • Full-time schedule: 48 hours per week.
  • Semi-full schedule: 36 hours per week.
  • Morning and afternoon shifts are available.
