Remote CCTV Monitoring Executive

Overview

This is a full-time work-from-home role focused on live CCTV surveillance for a manufacturing factory. The position calls for someone highly attentive, dependable, and comfortable keeping watch over ongoing operations from a remote setup.

Working schedule

The workweek runs from Monday through Saturday, with shift hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Role summary

You will review live camera footage in real time and document what is happening on the factory floor. The main aim is to help management understand productivity, discipline, and day-to-day operational performance through accurate monitoring and reporting.

Key duties

• Keep an active watch on CCTV camera feeds throughout the workday.
• Spot and report rule breaches or inappropriate conduct by workers.
• Observe attendance patterns and measure worker productivity on the shop floor.
• Note prolonged idle time, excessive breaks, or other lapses in work activity.
• Flag any unauthorized mobile phone use during working hours.
• Identify unused machinery, production slowdowns, or other inefficiencies in operations.
• Draft daily summaries and monitoring reports for management.
• Immediately escalate unusual events, risks, or safety-related concerns.

Requirements

• A dependable high-speed internet connection is required.
• A personal computer or laptop is needed; support for multiple monitors is preferred.
• Strong visual focus and a careful eye for detail are essential.
• Clear written communication is needed for preparing reports.
• The ability to keep information confidential and act professionally is important.
• Experience in CCTV surveillance, security work, factory supervision, or quality control is an advantage, though not compulsory.
