This remote position is centered on phone-based outreach to existing customers. The main goal is to reconnect with people who already know the brand and set up their next service appointment. It is not a hard-selling role; instead, it relies on friendly conversations, warm follow-up, and keeping appointments moving smoothly. You will also manage a national scheduling calendar and handle rescheduling as needed.

Ideal background

The role suits candidates who are comfortable with fast-paced calling and who can stay upbeat even when the answer is not immediate. Experience in call centers, inside sales, business development, customer service, or busy retail/support environments would translate well. Familiarity with technology and CRM tools is helpful, and Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus. The company also values people who can work independently and stay organized in a fully remote setup.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay is $45,000 per year. In addition, there is an uncapped per-appointment incentive that can add roughly $19,000 annually at target performance, bringing on-target earnings to about $64,000. Top performers can earn more because the incentive has no cap.

Other compensation and benefits mentioned include a separate annual performance bonus equal to 5% of base pay, stock options, full benefits, and a fully remote work arrangement.
