We are currently inviting applications from Pharmacists interested in Relief Pharmacist positions based in the Carrick On Suir region. These roles provide flexible working hours, with options for both part-time and full-time schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care ensuring patients have positive experiences worth sharing
• Support the Supervising Pharmacist in maintaining pharmacy operational standards and implementing company-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to devise tailored care solutions for customers and patients
• Contribute to the professional, clinical, ethical, and financial management of the pharmacy in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Participate in company healthcare and marketing events as required
• Communicate performance updates and new initiatives with team members
• Engage in staff training activities to foster professional development within the team
• Report on store and employee performance to the Pharmacist Regional Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Pharmacy degree and be registered with the PSI
• Ability to function effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with capability to work independently
• Drive business success within the dispensary and retail areas
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities
• Consistently promote high standards of customer service across the pharmacy environment
