Role Summary

We seek a visionary Relationship Therapist and Dating Expert to contribute as a co-creator and advisor for the app. This role involves shaping the foundational philosophy of the platform, designing frameworks that encourage healthy dating behaviors, and crafting expert content to support user emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and define the core relationship principles that underpin the app, such as fostering emotional safety and discouraging toxic behaviors like ghosting.
• Design and implement comprehensive "healthy dating" frameworks, including matching algorithms and communication tools that promote positive user interactions.
• Create content rooted in expert knowledge, such as advice modules, conflict resolution guides, and self-assessment quizzes embedded within the application.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven coaching tools, ensuring they provide empathetic and expert-guided dating and relationship advice.
• Promote user safety by helping develop features that mitigate harassment, reduce anxiety, and discourage unhealthy attachment styles.
• Shape the community culture by encouraging intentional, accountable, and meaningful user interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Licensed relationship counselor, therapist, dating coach, or possessing equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of attachment theory, communication styles, and the complexities of contemporary dating issues.
• Strong passion for transforming dating culture, with clear and informed ideas on improvements and solutions to the shortcomings of existing dating platforms.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex emotional and psychological concepts into practical, engaging advice for users.
• Interest in integrating psychology with technology, including AI, gamification, and behavioral design to enhance user experience.
