Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking Relationship Officers specialized in home loan sales to join our team at Aavas Financiers. Positions are open for various locations including CG Road, Naroda, and Gandhinagar Kudasaan in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Freshers who have completed at least the 12th standard are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers for affordable housing loans through open market research and referrals.
- Conduct onsite field visits to evaluate customer creditworthiness and perform thorough document verification.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships via regular communications and meetings.
- Ensure prompt disbursement of loan funds to approved applicants in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Keep comprehensive records detailing customer interactions, loan applications, and status updates.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging from none to three years in sales or an analogous field, with a preference for those familiar with home loan processes.
- Solid knowledge of affordable housing finance products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport with clients across different levels.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and achieve predefined sales targets.
