Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager for our office and field operations at a leading health insurance company. Candidates applying must have stable career history with no gaps or frequent changes, and experience in insurance and BFSI sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with clients to increase insurance sales.
- Carry out office and field-based work to identify and approach potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote insurance products effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or BFSI sales, demonstrating stability in previous roles.
- Graduate degree with official passing certificate.
- Age between 24 to 39 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler for field travel is compulsory.
- Must have a PAN card.
- Submission of prior employer documentation including offer letter, experience letter, and salary slips is mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Copies of 10th, 12th, and graduation passing certificates required.

- Fixed in-hand salary ranging from INR 21500 (CTC 25000) to INR 35000 (CTC 37000), based on experience and documentation.
