Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting energetic and goal-driven Telecalling Executives to become part of our expanding stock broking team in Vadodara. The position involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our stock broking services, and assisting in opening Demat and Trading Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list.
• Describe our company's stock broking, Demat account, and investment offerings.
• Generate promising leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested individuals to convert potential leads into new account holders.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and provide fundamental information about stock market services.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to facilitate client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or any graduation degree.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, stock broking, BFSI, insurance, or related financial services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities are essential.
• Fluent in Hindi with basic English; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in computers including MS Office and CRM software.
• A target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
