Role Overview
This opening is for a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager in the Health Insurance Agency Channel at Policybazaar. The role focuses on building and managing a network of health insurance agents/advisors and growing business through that channel in Agartala, India.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, onboard, and develop a productive base of health insurance agents and advisors.
- Expand business volumes through the agency sales channel.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with agents so that business flows consistently.
- Work toward monthly revenue and sales targets, along with broader business objectives.
- Run training and motivation sessions to help advisors improve performance.
- Assist agents in closing policies and addressing customer questions or concerns.
Compensation
The budget for this role is between INR 3.5 LPA and INR 6 LPA. In addition, the role offers unlimited monthly incentives of up to INR 1 lakh, a monthly travel allowance of INR 5,000, Group Medical Coverage of INR 2 lakh, and Personal Accidental Coverage of INR 10 lakh.
