Relationship Manager - Real Estate Sales Executive

Mogg's Agritech is pioneering the innovative asset class of managed farmland, with a focus on sustainable agricultural development that transforms raw land into eco-friendly, profitable investment opportunities. As a Relationship Manager in sales, you serve as the initial point of interaction for prospective customers, playing a critical role in establishing trust and enthusiasm for visiting our farmland projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest via digital marketing channels, representing the company professionally and warmly.
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding clients' investment objectives, explaining the concept of managed farmland, sustainable farming methods, and long-term returns on investment.
• Arrange and coordinate on-site visits, managing logistics and fostering excitement for customers to meet our Farm Managers at the project locations.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, following up consistently to nurture client relationships and advance sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights on lead quality and work closely with on-site Farm Managers for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, relationship management, or pre-sales roles, preferably within real estate, BFSI, or luxury sectors.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling and achieving meeting or conversion goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms, with strong organizational skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between INR 25,000 and 60,000 per month.
