Job description
Job Overview
This role involves spearheading the engagement with corporate clients to expand the penetration of National Pension System (NPS) among their workforce. It is primarily a frontline business-to-business (B2B) sales position focused on acquiring new corporate clients and supporting the growth of the NPS business segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with corporate clients to promote deeper adoption of the NPS among employees.
- Lead direct sales efforts targeting corporate customers in a B2B environment.
- Collaborate with business teams within group companies to source and secure new corporate clients for NPS offerings.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in executing strategic business plans and initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of corporate business strategies.
- Conduct analysis of industry trends, track relevant market developments, and prepare corporate presentations accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Possess from zero up to two years of experience in sales, business development, or product management roles.
- Prior experience specific to the National Pension System domain will be regarded as a distinct advantage.
- Exhibit strong execution capabilities alongside effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in networking and the ability to engage with corporate clients effectively.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 25,000 and 28,000 INR.
