Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager in Field Sales to join Ava Infotech Pvt. Ltd. This role involves engaging with prospective clients to promote and sell Club Mahindra Holiday Membership plans while building enduring customer relationships. The position offers a fixed salary with lucrative incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Compensation

• Fixed salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on experience
• Attractive unlimited incentive opportunities
• Monthly performance-based bonus
• Travel allowance as per company policy
• Potential monthly earnings of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 plus incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through scheduled appointments and leads provided by the company
• Present and explain the benefits of Club Mahindra Holiday Membership plans
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers
• Generate referrals via satisfied clients
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage customer follow-ups and keep the CRM system updated

Requirements and Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Between 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales preferred
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English and Hindi communication
• Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred for travel
