What you will do
- Deliver consistent sales growth through the relationships assigned to you and help the region meet its targets.
- Identify prospective clients by studying the market, making direct sales approaches, and working closely with channel partners.
- Understand distributor profiles and serve their requirements to maintain repeat business.
- Drive the addition of targeted folios and new SIPs as part of business growth objectives.
- Work toward improving branch market share and overall sales performance.
- Build and maintain regular contact with distributors through structured meetings.
- Support distributor empanelment and activation activities.
- Share product updates and other relevant information promptly with partners.
- Plan and conduct trainings, partner interactions, and engagement programs.
- Manage business growth through fast and dependable customer service.
- Maintain complete compliance with internal reporting and audit processes.
- Submit weekly updates to the Branch Manager, Regional Heads, and Channel Heads.
- Keep the sales portal updated so information can be collected and analyzed effectively.
- Help place advertising and promotional materials to strengthen brand visibility.
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of the market and broader macroeconomic trends.
- Good understanding of financial products and investment choices.
- Clear grasp of mutual fund business fundamentals and the product range typically offered by an AMC.
- Knowledge of financial planning basics and investment planning principles.
- Awareness of the regulatory framework relevant to the industry.
- Comfort using basic Excel for reporting and tracking.
