Job description
Role Overview
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a Relationship Manager to support retail sales growth in Akola, Maharashtra. The role focuses on expanding business through distributor relationships, channel engagement, and disciplined reporting while helping the region meet its sales targets.
Retail Sales Execution
- Consistently generate business from assigned relationships and contribute to the region’s performance goals.
- Study market information to spot potential customers, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to strengthen sales.
- Evaluate distributor profiles and align solutions to their needs so that recurring business can be built.
- Drive the addition of targeted folios and achieve the expected number of new SIPs.
Distributor Empanelment and Engagement
- Maintain regular communication and meetings with distributors.
- Handle distributor empanelment and activation activities.
- Share timely product updates and other relevant information with partners.
- Plan and deliver training sessions and engagement activities for partners.
Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain full adherence to internal reporting and audit requirements.
- Submit weekly updates to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
- Keep the sales portal updated with the information needed for reporting and analysis.
- Support installation of advertising and promotional material to improve brand visibility.
