Relationship Manager - Affordable Home Loan / LAP

Overview

Kotak Mahindra Bank, a prominent financial conglomerate established in 1985, offers diverse financial services across India and internationally. The Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead and manage affordable home loan and loan against property (LAP) products like Vishwas HL and LAP, based in Indore.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of executives to meet business targets including volume, cross-selling, and insurance sales.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with various channels such as Kotak branches, Direct Selling Agents (DSA), and builders to enhance business growth.
• Accountable for achieving team sales targets and overall sales volume.
• Ensure both team and location productivity are maintained and optimized.
• Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction levels, monitored through Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with departments including Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical to accomplish business goals.
• Promote cross-selling of Current Account Savings Account (CASA) and Third Party Products (TPP).
• Ensure strict adherence to all business compliance and practice standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Professionals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective influencing skills to drive business with internal and external channel partners.
• Preferably knowledgeable about secured banking products.
• Any graduate qualification is required.
