Key duties

In this position, you will handle cleaning tasks on the ward and take care of related side duties. These include the proper handling of laundry and waste, both for collection and disposal. Your work will support the consistent application of quality management and hygiene standards, along with other clinic-specific rules and procedures.

What we are looking for

Ideally, you already have some initial experience in a similar role, but motivated newcomers who are willing to learn are also welcome. A careful and conscientious way of working is important, as is physical resilience. The job requires readiness for shift work, including early and late shifts roughly between 6:00 and 17:00, as well as 1 to 2 weekend shifts per month. Good German communication skills, both spoken and written, are needed at least at B1 level so that you can communicate effectively with the team and patients and use cleaning materials correctly without errors. We are also looking for someone who interacts with patients in an empathetic manner and brings reliability, flexibility, team spirit, and a strong willingness to contribute.
