This opportunity suits someone with a solid background in regulatory compliance or legal administration who performs well in a fast-moving, highly regulated setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and lodge regulatory submissions, returns, and licence applications for multiple jurisdictions.
- Keep licensing information current, including renewal dates and associated compliance obligations.
- Oversee regulatory communications and make sure queries and deadlines are handled promptly.
- Support licence renewals and market-entry applications to help business operations continue without interruption.
- Draft regulatory reports and assemble the supporting documentation required.
- Record regulatory incidents and events that must be reported.
- Assist with audit readiness, regulatory checks, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, outside legal counsel, and regulators to keep compliance projects moving.
- Maintain accurate trackers, records, and filing systems for all compliance-related matters.
Requirements and background
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments; experience in iGaming is an advantage.
- Strong accuracy and the ability to juggle several deadlines at once.
- Good analytical ability, documentation skills, and written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable collaborating across legal, compliance, and operational functions.
- A proactive, accountable approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Why this role is important
Your work will directly support the organisation’s ability to operate and expand in regulated markets. By keeping submissions accurate and managing licences proactively, you will help reduce regulatory risk and protect access to key markets.
What you will gain
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.

- Career growth within a high-impact compliance team in a fast-changing industry.
- A collaborative, high-performance environment where precision and delivery are valued.
