Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Exam Controller to join a private university in Karnataka on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on modernising examination processes and supporting a digital transformation aligned with NEP 2020.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full examination lifecycle, including timetable planning, exam administration, and processing of results using integrated digital systems.
- Support the issuance of secure, tamper-resistant certificates and transcripts through technology-enabled workflows.
- Maintain compliance with NAD and ABC requirements, and help implement verifiable digital badges for academic and skill credentials in line with Skill India objectives.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to improve processes, guide staff on credential platforms, and track verification-related performance metrics.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience working as a Registrar or Assistant Registrar in an Indian college or university. A solid understanding of education policy and digital systems is required, along with strong organisational ability, careful attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders in a higher-education environment.
