Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to become part of our spa team. You will provide high-quality massage and body treatments in a fresh, upscale environment, helping set the bar for exceptional guest spa experiences. This is a permanent full-time position starting August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform all massage and body treatments offered as per established protocols.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate treatments and at-home care.
• Maintain a warm, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, language, and conduct.
• Ensure sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation of the spa area meet high standards.
• Assist with linen management, laundry, and general cleaning of the spa.
• Keep track of treatment room supplies and assist in organizational duties.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a massage therapist is mandatory.
• Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy program with at least 2200 hours of training.
• Current registration in good standing with an Alberta-recognized massage therapy association.
• Up-to-date professional licenses and certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must meet physical demands including frequent standing, walking, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and navigating stairs or ramps.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, overnight, and various shifts as needed.

Additional Information

• A $500 signing bonus paid after completion of 30 days.
• The pay rate is $17.22 per hour plus 18% gratuities and commission; actual earnings while performing massages can exceed $65 per hour.
