Role Summary
In this full-time remote position, the Regional Vice President of Projects will direct high-priority initiatives across an assigned region, making sure each effort supports the firm’s investment and operational goals. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
The role involves shaping project plans, tracking progress against key measures, and sharing clear updates on status, risks, and milestones with senior leaders and other stakeholders. It also includes working closely with teams in investments, operations, technology, compliance, and client service to improve workflows, raise efficiency, and support growth that can scale.
Beyond execution, this position contributes to regional planning, spots opportunities to improve or innovate, and supports the development of project managers and analysts to strengthen delivery capabilities across the region.
Qualifications
- Background in leading regional or multi-location projects, including complex initiatives that cut across several functions, ideally within financial services or a similar environment.
- Strong project management capability covering planning, prioritization, risk handling, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze data and metrics to guide decisions and evaluate project results.
- Leadership skills that support coaching, feedback, and inclusive teamwork.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain detailed information to varied audiences.
- Comfort and effectiveness in a remote, distributed work setup, along with solid self-organization and time management.
- Familiarity with asset management, investment workflows, or capital markets; experience in an asset management or investment firm is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or credentials such as PMP, CFA, or MBA are advantageous.
