Job description
Role Overview
BayMark Health Services is looking for a Regional Vice President to lead OBOT operations across an assigned territory. This leader will shape business direction, translate goals into practical operating plans, and ensure day-to-day execution supports long-term growth. The role includes oversight of staff at AppleGate Recovery and Middlesex Recovery sites throughout the region, with travel required up to 75%.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic roadmap that supports the company’s mission and delivers financial, operational, clinical, compliance, and marketing outcomes.
- Build the regional budget in partnership with the parent organization and set clear expectations for performance.
- Lead operations to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-conscious use of resources.
- Identify and pursue new revenue channels and growth opportunities.
- Design, update, and approve operating procedures, standards, and policies while coordinating closely with the parent company to maintain strong communication.
- Analyze reports and financial results to track progress and launch corrective action where needed.
- Maintain a solid organizational structure, create contingency plans, strengthen leadership teams, and hold team members accountable for results.
- Champion the organization’s mission, vision, values, and guiding principles across the region.
- Work effectively in high-pressure situations and collaborate well with others.
- Be physically present during working hours for in-person meetings and access to a computer, consistent with company policy.
- Build productive relationships with local industry partners, government representatives, healthcare providers, and the public.
- Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and formal events.
- Lead planning groups and policy-making committees.
- Maintain consistent attendance and follow the company’s code of conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of management-level experience.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products and strong general computer skills.
- Background in outpatient care settings with responsibility for multiple sites.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven success in building high-performing operational teams, including teams with medical providers.
- Ability to work collaboratively across both the parent organization and the region.
- Track record of leading initiatives that produce meaningful results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, current auto liability coverage, and the ability to maintain minimum state-required auto insurance.
- Initial and ongoing motor vehicle record checks, with an acceptable driving record per company policy.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background screening.
- Satisfactory drug screening.
