Role Overview

The Regional Vice President of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for supervising and optimizing operational activities within a designated geographic region. This fully remote, full-time role ensures that regional teams meet or exceed performance benchmarks related to service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee regional operations teams to achieve strategic and performance goals.
Monitor and analyze critical operational metrics and financial performance including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost management.
Implement process enhancements aimed at boosting productivity and improving customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders on strategic planning and execution of regional initiatives.
Manage projects and lead change management programs to support operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with applicable regulations in the region.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, particularly in multi-location or regional settings with a focus on process optimization and performance improvement.
Proficient in managing budgets, performing financial analyses, and overseeing revenue optimization and cost control at scale.
Strong background in Customer Service management, capable of maintaining high service standards and resolving complex operational issues.
Experience in Strategic Planning, including setting and aligning regional operational objectives with broader organizational goals.
Skilled in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects ensuring timely delivery within defined scopes.
Exceptional leadership abilities, including coaching and developing diverse teams to foster career growth and equity.
Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills utilizing data-driven performance management and reporting tools.
