Role overview
This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle the application review and all following stages. The hiring company is seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for a leadership role based in Ireland.
This is a senior, high-influence position focused on improving enterprise sales results across a strategically critical region during a phase of rapid expansion and organisational change.
You will lead a senior sales team responsible for growing existing enterprise relationships and winning new high-value clients in complex markets.
The role blends strategic direction, executive-level relationship building, and direct commercial execution at a very senior level.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted partner to C-suite leaders in some of the largest organisations in the staffing and recruitment landscape.
Operating in a fast-moving SaaS environment, you will help define regional strategy, team structure, and go-to-market priorities.
The role carries strong visibility across the wider business and has a direct impact on revenue growth and customer outcomes.
Key accountabilities
- Direct and grow a high-performing enterprise sales function focused on strategic account expansion, retention, and new customer acquisition across priority enterprise accounts.
- Develop enduring C-level partnerships with CEOs, founders, and other senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts.
- Accelerate revenue through expansion plans, complex deal management, and the discovery of new enterprise opportunities within the portfolio.
- Run executive business reviews, strategic planning discussions, steering committees, and other senior customer meetings.
- Support transformation within the regional enterprise sales team by shaping its structure, processes, and market approach.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to keep customer outcomes and value delivery aligned.
- Represent the business externally at industry events, through thought leadership, and via executive networking to deepen market presence.
- Handle escalations involving high-stakes customer situations and work toward resolutions that protect long-term relationship value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in senior enterprise sales leadership within SaaS, software, or technology-led organisations.
- Clear success in growing revenue through retention, expansion, and new business wins in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong experience leading teams through change, scaling initiatives, or broader organisational transformation.
- Proven ability to build and sustain C-level relationships across large enterprise accounts.
- Balanced strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, and value-based selling methods.
- Knowledge of AI developments and how they affect enterprise software and customer expectations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at every level.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, or workforce technology is a strong advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive executive pay structure, including base salary plus performance-based bonus.
- Unlimited vacation entitlement.
- Optional private medical insurance available from day one.
- Group life assurance, income protection, and critical illness coverage.
- Pension plan and support for financial wellbeing.
- Employee Assistance Programme and mental health support resources.
- Learning and career growth opportunities with strong internal mobility.
- Quarterly paid volunteer days for community involvement.
- Access to discounts and a wellbeing portal.
- Ride-to-work scheme and additional local benefits where available.
- A fast-paced, people-focused culture built around ownership, agility, and impact.
